Spiritual Giant:

Hey Dahl Family,

This week has been so awesome! there was a few sad times but mostly happy! my companion Elder McMillan got transferred to Liberty, Missouri. and i got a new elder, his name is Elder Decker, Elder Rowley had to stay in his area for some reason im unsure of why. but i got the chance to work with Elder Decker the past 3-4 days and how exciting how it has been, we have seen so many miracles! like yesterday (sunday) we had a few of our investigators at church that have never come to church, in like 6 months! at the end of church majority of them came up to us and asked us if we were still planning on coming over to there house on the day that we previously scheduled, and investigators have been calling us.. its really odd. but i will not complain! but i know that god has been blessing Elder Decker and me these last few days! there are literally days that i am like in awe. we are having super solid lessons with people and its so awesome to see changes in people who are finally starting to feel the spirit and follow it! iv been learning so much also! 

I gave a talk on prophets this sunday, i cant say it was my best work but i tried. i love the opportunity to talk in church one of our investigators (lakeatha) was at church for the first time, she loves us so much! when elder mcmillan left she was way upset! haha but when she saw elder decker she said that he had the understanding spirit. she says that im the powerhouse! haha but i love the work! its so true that when you are worthy of the spirit others can really feel it when you talk and when you teach! iv also had the opportunity to take over the area, since elder decker has never been in this area, he has been depending on me to get things that are needed done. and i feel blessed that i got that opportunity cause its giving me the chance to know that in times of need that i can rely on the lord to help me get through it cause really i still have no idea what I'm doing! 

How is the high climate in utah? i hear that there is a lot of flooding going on? or that its going to flood soon, hopefully nothing bad happens. on last pday the whole zone got together and took pictures in downtown wichita, i only have a few but i hope you guys enjoy them! I'm not sure if i have told you yet. but one of my really good friends from high school was my zone leader his name is Elder Frehner! he is the only one in the pictures who isnt white! so you should be able to point him out farely quickly! this week has been different then other weeks so far. i took a few days of my study times to work on my talk for sunday, so i didnt get in all the studies that i wanted but the spiritual experiences i have felt so far this week have been so amazing! i wish i could share this feeling with all of you! but i know that when we do what god asks nothing compares to the joy that we feel in our lives! i love you all and look forward to hearing from all of you!
